Prenatal Program
The WCHD Prenatal Program is an income based program. The program is for Woodford County residents. Income will be assessed to determine eligibility.
Patients are seen at the health department for prenatal exams and counseling. Prenatal services are provided by contracted physicians from the University of Kentucky Medical Center. Prenatal clinics are every other week. Call for additional information (859-873-4541). First time mothers or fathers will be referred to the health department HANDS Program. Pregnancy Testing
Preganacy testing is available by appointment. Cost is based on an income sliding fee scale. Income is assessed. Call for additional information (859-873-4541).
