APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES
1. Appointments are preferred and can be made by calling 859-873-4541.
2. Walk-ins are welcome and will be seen as soon as possible, after those with appointments.
3. If you have an appointment and are 15 or more minutes late, you will be seen as a walk-in as soon as the schedule permits.
4. Please call and cancel, if you cannot keep an appointment, at least 24 hours in advance. Missed, un-canceled appointments may be subject to a missed appointment charge.
When you do not show for your appointment, you have prevented someone else from being seen in that appointment time.
