APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES

1.  Appointments are preferred and can be made by calling 859-873-4541.

2.  Walk-ins are welcome and will be seen as soon as possible but after those with appointments.

3.  If you have an appointment and are 15 or more minutes late, you lose your turn and will be seen as a Walk-in.  We schedule in 15 minute segments and you will be intruding on someone else's appointment time.

4.  If you have an appointment and cannot keep it, you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance.  Missed, un-canceled appointments may be subject to a missed appointment charge.  When you do not show for your appointment, you have prevented someone else from getting that appointment time.
