
BOARD OF HEALTH PASSES CLEAN AIR REGULATION
After two years of planning and work, including an informal public meeting at Falling Springs and a formal public hearing at the Courthouse, the Board of Health passed the Clean Air regulation at its June 5, 2008 meeting. The effective date of the regulation will be August 4, 2008.
All businesses and other locations to which the public is invited are covered by the regulation. The Health Department will provide signage to all covered businesses at no cost to the business.
